I didn't think an ending of a showdown could rival that of 2018's showdown when there was 3 goals scored in the final 2 minutes of the game with Motlop winning it for the Power. But this game does, and what makes it better is the the Crows won this time :)

It’s so nice to keep our rivals winless and add on to their horrific start. Really proud on how we dug in and came back in that game. Good boost for the rest of our season 👍

@@DV-zv4ox Really? Crows gifted port at least 4 goals for free by just running in the protected zone for 50 metre penalty and giving away dumb free kicks. If you include the Dawson goal that should of been counted the crows could of won by 30+ points

They 👏🏻 never 👏🏻 gave 👏🏻 up 👏🏻. That was one of the best games I’ve seen. It always felt like the Crows were in it. The way that goal turned back in was a perfect ending to this epic showdown. Well done Adelaide and Jordan.

As far as 21st century footy goes for the Crows, this has to be the #1 moment (ahead of the 2017 Prelim win). Everything about this moment was just so unexpected

Feel like the umpires are too involved. Port nearly won from a 50m free, Adelaide got a free to get it back down their end, then a shot at goal from another free. That last free was definitely deserved, just overall umps a bit trigger happy. Let them play

Last year I sat through a month of Crows supporters whinging about how much Adelaide were going to pay for Dawson. Last night every Swans supporter was saying ‘see, we told you so…’. Sad to lose him from Sydney but pleased he’s showing Adelaide he is worth every cent.

Those calling for Hinkley are same fans who leave the game early or only turn up when the boys are performing. Shame on you!! Murphy dropped the ball before he was hit so if there was no need for a free kick, I don’t think he would’ve had a second go at it and kick a match winner. So Adelaide got really lucky.

If Port don't make finals or are knocked out early if they do play finals. Hinkley will be replaced as coach by Nathan Buckley.

Bucks for sure. Pear have Melb and Carlton next - a real chance of 0-5. If they're outside the 8 at the half way point, I wouldn't be surprised if Hinkley is sacked. He's obviously a good coach, probably needs a year or two away from the game and then coach at a new club.

The funny thing is when you watch the Murphy/Mayes incident in slow motion, Mayes doesn't even touch Murphy above the shoulder. Did Murphy just flop?

He had spinal surgery, getting hit in the back can hurt your neck especially if you have a pre-existing injury.

Port are not a terrible team they’re just not that great. They are one of those teams you accidentally forget exist like Fremantle. The elephant in the room is relocation to Tazzy.. There are too many teams and it’s farcical TAS don’t have a team currently.

@@aaronstately It was a closed fist and well after he had possession of the ball. Also he just cam back from a neck surgery, even if he didn't get him in the neck you can still cause damage to that region with a big hit.
