Half marathon girly: @AnnaBea
Tuna salad recipe:
- 1 can wild caught tuna
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 mini cucumber
- chopped dill
- 2 tbsp mayo
- juice from half a lemon
- salt
Smoothie recipe:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 a banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1/2 cup milk or water
- 1 date
Banana bread recipe:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 mashed ripe bananas
- 2 tsp sour cream
- 1 & 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
- however many chocolate chips your heart desires
Mix everything together and bake at 325 for 1-1.5 hours! (with the dish i used, mine took 1.5 hrs)
