I'm pretty sure it's because when you do parkour, you jump, and your ankle bends to keep you from breaking your leg. Basically your ankle takes a lot of pressure (I know you also use your hands but I'm just saying). Also, when you run, same thing happens. You are stepping hard, and your ankles take the pressure.

@@Matt.Larose to be completely honest, I find this is an entertainment piece. Both camera angles for me are not what I look for in a parkour video, I like to see the movement in full frame. What I feel you do best here no matter the 3rd person or POV, is that you tell a story very well and your subtle voice overs really add a good feeling to the video. I always appreciate your sense of humor and aside from training parkour, I know that is why we get along! I understand what audience you are catering to for this and I really think you are onto something with this type of content, keep it up man!

when did you start to do parkour ? Can i start it if i'm 19years old and not a sportive person ? You really make me feel you have super powers (especially when you do 2/3 steps on walls) adn that you are a character from a video game. I was so scared whe nyou jumped in that video, but i think i love that feeling... i wanan be a video game character too ! :(
