I've been in circle track racing for 4 decades. I think your training video is excellent!!!!!!

Thanks man! I've only been on the late model for two years but I'm trying to help people as I learn!

The trailing arm adjustments I just made on my own like a second ago made it so Easy. Like the car practically drives itself around the corner it’s amazing.

The biggest thing I wish I knew about these cars from "driving" non-oval cars is that the back of the car stands up under throttle and squats under braking. I was so used to the rear mushing under throtte and releasing under braking that everything felt so wrong. Knowing how a car works makes the setup possible

Thanks, I've been around watching dirt racing for a long time. But I finally got limited lates opened up and realized I don't really know as much as I thought. This will be a big help.

How do you get the under car views? I've been trying to look at the car from these angles but I cannot figure out how.

just subscribed. We do alot of dirt track down here in NC. We run a 4 bar set up on one and a monoleaf on the other. Definitely prefer the 4 bar, but it's alot more technical.

Joe Lusk Racing. do you think my Radeon RX-550 Can run iRacing at Max settings or close to high to settings? I'm not familiar with any of this computer stuff lol.
@JoeLuskRacing6 жыл бұрын
I am not entirely sure. It seems as though it meets recommended settings, though I don't know. If you are running in normal 1080, then it should do well it seems.

What is the best pc to buy to run this?
@JoeLuskRacing6 жыл бұрын
Dylan Christ thats a complicated question. I prefer to build one myself, but a gaming PC would be a good idea. Spending somewhere between $700-$1,000 would be advisable. There are plenty of resources out there on the minimum requirements for iracing.

Ah. Just curious. Thanks for the tips. I come from NR2003 and I know setups on that game like the back of my hand, I can dominate open setup. Then I go on iRacing and nothing I know works for anything, so I've had to relearn everything. Lol.

I have been racing latemodels for 14 years and these setup options and adjustments doesn't reflect on today's latemodels..And if your a newer driver this sim will give you bad habits because the realism is not close yet
@DamianVega003 жыл бұрын
What are you talking about there’s a sprint car drive in the nos tour that started from iracing 😂
@JJ-1-13 жыл бұрын
@@DamianVega00 Sure there will all ways be a example or two...But this is coming from a local Carolina region race winner. iRacing doesn't reflect today's latemodels..And if your a newer latemodel driver this sim will give you some bad habits the way iRacing keeps the car on the bars isn't close to being correct. If your curious to whether I'm telling the truth about racing check this out facebook.com/paul.grimsley1/ (Proofs in the pudding) I know you guys believe that iRacing is really close to the real thing but it's not when it come to dirt physics. Don't laugh it makes you look like a entitled brat.
@logannaslund10572 жыл бұрын
@@JJ-1-1 there’s some comparisons and definitely some differences to driving a real car but most definitely iracing is atleast twice as easy as the real deal i only run a midwest mod but still
