After attending the Hollywood Unlocked Awards in LA, Ryan, Channing and Fred were up late and had a lot on their minds to talk about in sports, culture, life and everyday pressures we face. As they normally do, the trio doesn’t hold back and shares their perspective mixed with own experiences on certain topics, their own lives and how to navigate daily stresses and pressure we put on ourselves to be the best we can in all areas of life.
Definitely a conversation to tune into and see where the guys stand on certain trending issues and storylines of late.

I loved this show and the conversation today! No guest just intelligent retired pro athletes keeping real and just talking about current events! The chemistry is great between them, and the egos are left at the door if there is any. I am going back and looking at the previous shows!

I love it when they do a show like this where they just talk. I'm sure they do stuff like this behind the scenes, but it's great to see them just be them. What a great way for them to decompress, check themselves, and make sure they're good with each other and keep the magic that makes the show spectacular.

I 100% understand Ryan when being in large crowd settings, he may shut down. He very intellectual and so am I , I prefer small crowds because an intimate setting is more meaningful, large crowds may make an intellectual person feel a little lost and without purpose.

The point on Zion that wasn’t brought up was how much time, effort, and mental space goes towards dealing with too many women at once. That’s the difference from the organization’s standpoint. Having one woman, or even a couple that just aren’t in the public eye and speaking on Zion’s activities to the media would be much better.

Athletes in general have been doing these things and dealing with these things for forever. The ONLY difference is that she decided to bring it to light and not handle it behind closed doors. Zion is a BALLER, when he’s on the court but the problem is that he is not on the court enough. Many players have had this issue, Lonzo Ball is going through it right now, but none of that stuff is brought up because he’s not having these issues played out in the media for the world to see

Honestly the number of women doesn’t matter. All it takes is one crazy woman to make someone’s life miserable and vice versa, while I could date 7 women casually that are non-problematic and sleep well at night. I once had a girl tell me that she lit her ex on fire because she THOUGHT he could be cheating. Unfortunately this was after she was already at my apt and so I slept on the couch with a knife in my hand just in case I had to get it poppin.

RC revealing that one of kids is dealing with mental health issues is why this show is the #1 that I watch. They are all vulnerable. RC, Chan and Freddie are all as real as they come. They give us their all and that’s why their guests give them their all. The saying goes you give what you get and when it comes to The Pivot, that saying is the truest.

If artist acknowledged the BET awards on their social medias like it means something to them it would then get fans interested in the BET awards, but they promote the places that weren’t even meant for them and desire those awards. The artist and the artist alone can change the perception of the weight a BET award can hold.

To see these three Black men speak so thoughtfully about the Chicago shooting, Black women and genuinely care...smh To use their platform to speak out loud how wrong it was for that coward to punch the woman like he did and for the son to make a decision to save his mother. The son SAVED his mother. To get beat upside your head and body. smh That coward had been empowered to roam this earth believing he can do whatever to whomever. I'm glad these three gentlemen used their platform to speak on the situation without bashing the Black woman. ❤
