Im Indian and i confidently say that street food is way more hygiene than resturant who freeze food and repeat it . Street vendors dont have freezer and they forecast their daily sales well leaving no or less wastage , we indians respect and love street food 😊

Bro don't ask the shopkeepers or vendors what do you recommend , instead ask them what is special here . They will understand that 😊
