Seth show is the best because the guests are genuinely comfortable during the interview.

Fun fact: all guests go day drinking with Seth, they just don’t film most of them.

It's why his friend Jimmy Fallon is such a poor host. Fallon overdoes everything. He fawns excessively over his guests, so no guest truly understands where he/she ranks. For some reason, Fallon is incapable of just chilling and letting the guests shine. Fallon was incompetent on SNL and he's a crap host now. Luckily his sponsor Michaels pays the bills so he's set. It's why I never watch Fallon.

Craig Ferguson was the undisputed master of making his guests comfortable and relaxed imho, but Graham Norton and Seth are worthy successors. In terms of interviewers, Seth is definitely the best by far currently on US late night telly. Also, I could not agree more with @MrOoofah about Fallon, he is beyond dreadful. So obsequious and over-the-top (I mean, he literally pounds the desk while fake laughing, like anyone actually does that in reality) and constantly interrupting his interviewees. Just cringeworthy and infuriating - you couldn’t pay me to watch the guy, which is a pity as he often has great guests.

Dan Radcliffe has become, by far, one of my favourite actors. I love how, after HP, he basically decided to act in absolutely everything he can do- silly, serious, weird, messed up, ALL OF IT ! and he is SO GOOD !!!! 🙌 i'll watch everything he's in.

Seriously though, some of the actors seem so genuinely thrown by the whole concept of a give and take convo, despite mostly being take, that I'm convinced the sudden necessity of getting their own lunch would create an actual crisis situation in their minds. To whomever suggested JK Rowlling made him: She did not get him cast in anything he's done with his celebrity. He's pushed his self-described limits with every job he's been given - and he's done it in full view of everyone. That's courage. Just watch Daniel in How to Succeed (2011 Tonys) vs the bile Rowling spews when her publicist thinks she needs a boost. With all due respect, he could have just had Rupert Grint's career, but he's so much more. And the mutual-daddy thing with Seth was adorable.
