I will personally never go through the change, but I am an avid enjoyer of stories. A woman who menopauses so hard she transcends reality sounds absolutely badass, I couldn't be more on board!

From the moment I saw the video of Whoopi Goldberg's one-Woman show on Broadway, I was hooked. I love intelligent comedy that makes you think. I have 4 favorite comics & unfortunately, two of them are no longer with us, but their presence will always be a great part of my life. @@Tuturial464 Oh... I’ve just seen it. It's not as bad as I expected, but still... She said, "The Holocaust isn't about race. It's about man's inhumanity to man. [...] This wasn't based on skin. You couldn't tell who was Jewish. They [Nazis] had to delve deeply to figure it out." How ignorant. Then she later apologised and accepted it was about race. She said on TV, Hitler and the Nazis considered Jews to be an inferior race. I'm very disappointed.

NOTHING was given to her like some of these overhyped actresses today that can't act their way out of a paper bag, but get jobs because of the way they LOOK, & who they napped with overnight.

Whoopi explains the Goldberg part here, but as for the Whoopi, this is from Wikipedia: She has stated that her stage forename ("Whoopi") was taken from a whoopee cushion: "When you're performing on stage, you never really have time to go into the bathroom and close the door. So if you get a little gassy, you've got to let it go. So people used to say to me, 'You're like a whoopee cushion.' And that's where the name came from."

Honestly my entire life I thought that was her birth name. When my step mom was in the hospital she met a woman who just had a baby and named her Pa Ja Ma, so she said that's quite a name how'd you think of it? She showed her the magazine she was reading... it was a pair of pajamas. She was illiterate.

It's nice twist on an old idea. The X-Men are about powers awaking in a time of hormonal change, puberty. This is the same idea but shifts the focus onto a group that can feel invisible. Really smart concept. More surprised, having heard the idea, that it hasn't been used before. Feeds into the idea of being forgotten. Love to anyone going thru this x P.S. To Guinan, sorry Whoopi, does the protagonist have siblings? I'd mean she'd be a #SisterAct . If the protagonist dies she will be a #Ghost . Might her fave color be #TheColorPurple ? :P
