In number 11, why will Hydrogen be discharged in (aq) Sodium Chloride and not sodium ion in the cathode since sodium is more reactive than Hydrogen and its more concentrated?

please note that the concept of concentration does not apply to cations (positive ions) you need to know your reactivity series. And what you realise is that the more reactive a metal the less reactive its ion is (as a rule of thumb) this would mean that the sodium ION is less reactive that the H ION & that’s why hydrogen ion discharges :)
