@@Funnyshorts12721 Yes dry, but his is the limit when these gets wet by water, otherwise drum will hit the side walls of machine. Please note you put cloths, then they gets wet and drum also has water to wash and rinse, so i said earlier is the cloths limit for 7kg machine.

Welcome, but buy front load, this top load machine water intake is slow, front load have double valve, top load have single valve. Otherwise this model is good

I just got my first auto top loader ! Defy 8kg Eco 10 washing cycles to choose from ! 3 eco wash cycles 15 mintue wash and rise and a 30 and 53 wash and insenstive wash cycles ! ( defy is a South african brand !! I mainly use the eco 15 or the 53 !! I would say being my 1st top loader auto !! I really love it !! The samsung 7 kg seems amazing ! If you wanting to buy new washer and u will never regret switching to a top loader auto washer !!!

Yes, Liquid detergent is good, powder detergent get collected in the drum bottom after long term use. So use both in-between.

1. The left pocket is for bleaching powder, its correct 2. The middle box above drum is for powder as well as for liquid detergent, no other place. 3. Comfort or similar to put on 3 small holes on drum top, before machine starts, put more quantity for enough smell. 4. Blue color round called jet spray works only in super speed mode, in normal and other few cycles only. Check my new review video

This is a serious problem if the machine not holding the water same time when water coming into the drum to wash the cloths. Only solution is to contact Samsung service centre, so the service person will identify the problem and correct it. I think software/program might be the problem, because software controls the opening and closing of these parts to inlet and drain water. They have a machine check via software, it then indicates the problem in there device connected via cable to washing machine.

Washing machines dont fill water at tap water flow speed, these have motor to control the flow, you will find same flow speed in all top load washing machines. always control the washing time by levels manually and use superspeed button. If required you can add water manually as well. then machine starts next process

1. Drum speed fixed rahata hai for every samsung machine also this model is new so no chance of defective motor, consider the speed as default speed, this machine is little slow this is the reason. average washing time 1 hour excluding water in and out. 2. Yes this has aqua reserve feature.

Top model washing machines do not locks door, you can takeout cloths. Also as soon as power resumes machine starts cycle. Door lock in power cut off/failure is in front load washing machines.

Washing takes more time, in normal wash mode it tooks 1hr 13m time in 7k model, But, my realme 8kg model only takes 49 minutes with more clothes! And the super speed option is not working on this i think. If it's working it should take less time than other machines! Energy Saving mode also takes the same time, Time and clean is more required.

But, If they are giving good, that we need to accept! But, the quality of washing is better in 49 minutes...And Price range is also a big deal. Expect Inverter technology, Realme leads with specs. Pressure of water in this machine is less from company itself, but if still you have less pressure than that, it will not be issue, only it will increase the time to fill the drum, so more washing time

@@Dhruv-Kumar We can not connect any pipe directly to machine, one pipe comes with machine which we connect to first tap and second end to threaded socket on machine, if you want to add water directly you might need to do juggad techniques. warnings direct water to machine may impact on machine programming/sensor another thing this model is not made for hot water so internal part may get damaged over time if you pour hot water, third is warranty then became invalid.

Washing machine dont discharge water while filling drum, in your case if machine is taking water and discharging same time then its cleary problem with software program or with drum holes at bottom. Please call customer care, raise service request, do not forget to ask visiting charges for your information if machine is out of warranty.

@@christopherplaiche2212 if any water left after washing, machine will discharge it and then stop. But machine should not discharge water while taking water from inlet pipe. Discharge pipe level should always horizontal or lower side but not as raised.

at last rinse & spin cycle is the dry mode, it throw-out cloth water by spinning drum(Centrifugal force), still cloths needs to dry outside in sun for 15-20 min. no heater

Dont first select brand first confirm which type machine/specs you want from both brands, once you final model from each whirlpool and Samsung then check reviews of that model on youtube, then check physical model if available in any shop, then most important service/repair in your location, one might good other might have bad good model but bad service, also price on Amazon, flipkart, offline shop and then go for one you want

But when the rotation is reduced to 1 or 2 then the sound also becomes low. If you are noisier than usual, contact customer support. it will be a free visit if the machine is under warranty

Es lo mismo que empujar la máquina y luego llenar con una manguera. Intente agregar solo paños con pausa, verifique si esto funciona, porque la función de pausa si se proporciona en las máquinas para agregar/quitar paños. Si su máquina aún no se reanuda, intente conectarse con un agente de servicio, él investigará el problema. Mi máquina funciona bien cuando agrego agua o paños con el botón de pausa.

Both are big brands and experts in washing machine, selection criteria are 1st. Specification you want. 2nd.Warranty period and parts covered under warranty. 3rd. Cost. 4th. After service at home/location/area. If still not clear then take a look on the physical models in any shop, it will help to choose correct one as the design and build quality is different for LG/Whirlpool/Samsung and other brands.

Aqua preserve mode saves the water, as it uses same water to wash and rinse the cloths, and not take fresh new water to rinse the cloths. Superspeed mode only makes washing fast an reduces time.

@@Benjamin-jp7kq Yes steam is not used in other cycles, put cloths to wash in this cycle. only thing it will run at least for 4 hours. But as my model is non steams please confirm from other source as well or go directly into offline shop and just get this cleared.

As you said the machine is newly bought, so definitely there shouldn't be any problem. If you tried to use it, i suppose washing was correct and only water is not coming from the bottom outlet flexible pipe. Then check whether end of outlet pipe is free to pass the water and not blocked by any wall or similar. If not then call customer care they will send service men free of cost under warranty and solve the problem or tell something which is not correct. As to water to come out from the bottom pjpe we/the user don't need to do anything apart from attaching flexible pipe to machine.
