I wanted to open like kosher heimish instacart around 2010 but was too much work requiring in-house update of products and pricing if you find a grabber go for it.

With Airbnb you have an issue, that before you confirm the booking you can't exchange personal information such as phone number or email address, so how would you know if they are frum?

Great episode! I’m in the STR (short term rentals-Airbnb)business and there are many areas that have Bylaws and ordinances against short term stays for less that’s 30 days. How do you get around that? Genuinely interested! I happen to have used Lakewood Hosts last Jan and was amazing experience.
