Every one of the bills are radical and dangerous. Hindering the lives of people who overwhelmingly don't break the law is idiotic and insane. Time to petition to remove the appointed lawmaker from office. He should have had to get voted in and the fact he was appointed and can create legislation to harm part of the fabric of CO is mind boggling. It stinks someone from Aurora is such a liar he's unwilling to call out his own community first.

Considering mr pole our gov and the house deamons, their brain dead libby sequence is in full force. First hope is the dim's go back and forth till it times out on the 8th, otherwise, if it hit's mr pole, loverboy will sign it, then here we go in the courts. And yeah, supposed to kick in on july1, one of five bills here to kill our rights. pole boy signed the merchant category code bill, any purchase at a firearm store of anything gets flagged. The Democrats in Colorado have been well organized for many years. They organize groups, tell them how to vote and get them to the polls. Maybe I've been out of the loop for a while but I haven't seen this with the Republicans. These ladies are filling in a long need spot of getting us all on one page instead of scattered. I've written so many letters to my senators and reps. I've had no response from any of them at all. I feel like its falling on deaf ears, so frustrating. I believe they will do what ever they want, doesn't matter what we say.

Ava, with all the changes in both Colorado and Federally I for one a struggling to keep up. Years ago while living in Fort Collins I attended a meeting hosted by Liberty Firearm Institute. The guest speaker was an Attorney with US Law Shield. While Liberty and US Law Shield both benefited from the meeting so did those who attended. With that said, would you be willing to host a similar meeting? We would need a Colorado Attorney who specializes in firearm law. Possibly RMGO would join in. The money earned would offset any expense as well as help fund your new venture. I see it as a win win as RMGO could and would pick up new members. Your store could and would pick up new clients. I’d love to hear you thoughts.

I would like to say thank you ladies for doing a excellent job. I wish I could be there. I am working out of state, criminals don't care if you're a Democrat or Republican me and my wife were a victim of a gun crime in Thornton Colorado. It took the police department 17 minutes to respond. Police officers can't be around everywhere. There is too many calls and not enough of them. Thank you.

Thank you very much for what you ladies are doing for 2A in CO. Even if (God willing) the bill doesn't make it this year, it's a sure bet it will be brought up next year. I very much hope this super-majority of the American Marxist Party (Democrats) can be evened out, and that the CO Republican party can straighten up and get good candidates on the ballet. Thank you both so much for the energy and the organization here. You are 100% right--this has to be fought in every way at every step. Those who want to protect their rights can't wait for or depend on court decisions. There's a cost even if a law gets overturned later. That does mean working with reasonable Democrats, but the legislature absolutely needs balance again. This isn't the only issue where our non-representative legislature (30% appointed by party committees to fill vacancies, not elected) is taking a non-democratic (small d) approach. I stay in Oklahoma and it has taken our 2A group years and years to get to the point that we are at now and we still have things we need to work on and fix. Everyone should note that the Bruen case established that firearms in common use can not be banned. The feds have already established that AR15 and other semiautomatic firearms are in fact in common use. In addition, Bruen established that it is up to the government to prove that the ban is constitutional. Those that wish to remove our 2A rights like to try and shift the burden to us, but Bruen restricts that option. Also note that Denver just reduced the police budget by just over $8 million and that SCOTUS has ruled the police have no legal obligation to defend your life.

I assume most viewers already know the failures of the Colorado GOP election efforts in terms of outcome as well as organization. I think it is important to ask how my donations to the IEC would be levered in a different or more effective way compared to donating to the state GOP or directly to candidates?

I reread your comment and hope this answers your concerns a bit more. In my opinion, the Colorado GOP is ineffective and candidates are limited to $400 donations. IECs have no donation limits. This IEC will be used to campaign against candidates and highlight good candidates through methods the Democrats have been using for several years now. It's time to play ball and we're doing to do it.

The end all question to gun bans. Why is our government proposing gun bans while making sanctuary cities for unvetted people in our state? Second question, why are our politicians pushing for gun bans while cutting funding for police and giving that funding to these unvetted persons in these "sanctuary cities". Hence giving aid to potentially harmfull people while taking away any form of defense from the citezens of colorado. These politicians need to know they will be held accountable for any harm to a citizen of colorado while taking away their ability to defend themselves. Good luck maintaining colorado a blue state with that weight on their shoulders. This is their real endgame. To create more civil unrest

Please stop using propaganda terms like assault weapon. It is playing along with the psychology of propaganda. Do you call the song called common Sense gun safety laws just that or do you call it civilian disarmament? Please use the terms personal defense weapon or modern sporting arms or similar each time one of us uses the propaganda terms of those trying to disarm us it flies in the face of our case for the second amendment.

Im curious what is an Assault Weapon, cause my AR15 and others are SEMI AUTOMATIC WEAPONS, what does an Assault weapon do? Does it jump from you're hands and hop over to the target and start beating it up or what? Cause mine don't and I would like to know where I can get one.

Then you need seriously consider election integrity. Mark Cook has done incredible research on this, much of it about problems in Colorado elections.

@TheOldManRip Most people don't understand that you can't change any of the election issue we have in Colorado unless you can get a Secretary of State who wants change, since their office controls the election process. It doesn't matter what people know about the issue if you don't have someone in the position needed to make the changes.
