You know this video made me emotional. I didn't know about all of these Pinays that made the country proud. Yes Gloria Diaz in 1969 was the first Miss Universe from the Philippines that I mentioned in your Rizal reaction video. After that win, she was chosen as the leading star for the 1974 film "Ang Pinakamagandang Hayop sa Balat ng Lupa", literally translates to " The most beautiful animal/creature upon soil's skin" but correctly translated as "The Most Beautiful Creature on the Face of the Earth" which also has a newer remake. FYI, I've never seen both because I was too young the first time and only recently learned about the remake hehe. Anyway I do love your reaction and agree with you regarding your commentary. All in all a very uplifting video girls.

For me, it's not the percentage of one's Filipino blood that makes you Filipino. It's how much you embrace the culture, the Filipino values, your pride at being one (waving your flag proudly), and taking your Filipino individuality wherever you may be in the world. 😊

1. I'm probably a "Passport Bro" myself these days from always travelling mainly only home and South America and the Caribbeans... I should have never been with someone from here and stuck with a Filipina or a Latina women, which is probably my next and hopefully my last... From my travel to both, I have seen a lot of similarities in cultural which I like... 👍🏾 I too feel and believe that woman here in Australia just like America are mainly over privilege, spoiled woman who too don't know how to treat a man and respect them these days... As you said, I would like the old traditional relationship... As in both are respected and supporting another. I'm not saying a woman should only cook and clean, just saying 1 person shouldn't be doing it all...

I agree that the Filipino is a heavily mixed race. There is no typical “Filipino looking person”. The Filipino skin ranges from the darkest of skin like Apl de Ap of Black eyed peas, or NFL’s Cam Bynum and Josh Jacobs, Yellow like the Billionaire Sy family, Lightly tanned like Nicole Scherzinger, Arabic skinned like Ibrahim Kaisy, to😅 the whitest like Hollywood Actors Enrique Iglesias or Darren Criss.. Maybe you ladies could also make a vlog about the Philippine Women’s National Football Team, which are composed of mixed race Filipinos. In the Philippines, as long as one parent is a Filipino, you are considered legally a Filipino.

2. With all the Kelsey Merritt haters, you are right... What is the traditional Filipina look and Dominican look? People will always have something to say even when they are given what they want... You would never know unless it's asked but, with my 2 beautiful daughters who have similar looks and features like Kelsey that they are half European as their mother is pure white with brown hair and green eyes but look nothing like their mother and has taken mainly more the Filipina side with only taking their mothers brown hair... End of the day, they are Filipina woman because of me... 😤🙄

3.There was an issue also with Catriona Gray winning Miss Universe been half Filipina also and because the issue of been Australian born, so how can she win for Filipines and not Australia... My daughters are Australian born but they can represent either countries as they have a Filipino born father(me) and if they want to represent Philippines they are 💯% can and entitled to do so, it's their decision. .. 😠

As a Filipino American, I think the issues Filipinos don’t understand, Philippines pageants love to choose Filipino biracial girls more often than choosing those who are full blooded. They don’t understand the argument here. It’s like they’re not proud of Filipino women who are full blooded. They keep using the excuse that having Spanish last names means they have Spanish in them. This is not always the case. During the Spanish colonial era, the church forced the Filipinos to have Spanish names. As for Casual Chuck, he is one of the best content creators in the Philippines. The only issue with him is certain online community judge him for his arrogance. But yes his videos are awesome.

LOL! 11:45 A lot of these people hating on happas, I observe, are Austronesian-looking ("native" looking) Fil-ams who can't even speak a sliver of any Filipino language. As a Filipino born and raised in the Philippines, being Filipino is more cultural than ethnic, and it doesn't matter how you look like as long as you are Filipino at heart.

Why Pinoy Are Like that,maybe,because, we’ve been colonized many many times…and it’s like and endless fights/war for us…and even WW2 were also experiencing it more than our neighing SouteastAsian. and After Ww2…both American and Japanese Took So many Golds …And American Helps Japanese to get back to their feet( in terms of economy by means of ordering them Cars 🚙 and that helps them big time) while Philippines are left devastated and economically down and poor. No on helps PH…but we stand alone( and we Believed it is God who helps us to stay strong) so Those Asian around Us and being foolish for saying things they really don’t understand like belittling Filipinos as poor…for their country never experienced what Filipino Did. and because of those bad experiences our country have…the word Proud Pinoy Started. and we have nothing to be ashamed for we never go to a country to rob…but we’ve been robbed big time. That’s why now we have to go abroad to work….

Filipinos are diverse, unlike in Korea where people is very homogenous, Filipinos are very ethnically diverse, some Filipinos look like East Asians, some look like Latinos, some look like Pacific Islanders. There is no such thing as standard Filipino look.
