It is a band! They're actually behind the big screens for the first half of the concert and come out during intemission to do their thing while the girls are changing up for their solo performances and stay visible for the second half of the concert till the end. I was able to attend their Paris date and it was incredible!

Almost YG artists have live band when they have concerts especially in Dome tours. Bigbang, Winner, AKMU, iKON does it too. Thats why they dont focus much in choreography, they focused more on enjoying the stage and engaging in fans. You cant see the band sometimes because they are behind the screens.

I went to the concert last year in Los Angeles. Yes, the band performs with the group while on tour. Yes, the band is awesome. Yes, the show was super awesome. Looking forward to their next world tour. Yes I plan on going again. Side note. It's the same band that performed with Big Bang on their world tour.

Their concert version of “See You Later” (another b side) is also a must see.

This concert was held in Japan. They were singing in Japanese. Almost every kpop artist releases two versions of their albums, one Korean and another Japanese. Japan is a very important market for kpop because it is big. Japanese fans are big on concerts.

They have the live band (THE BAND SIX) with them all throughout their WORLD TOUR and COACHELLA. BLACKPINK and ALL YG artists are well known for their CONCERT LIVE ALBUMS as well. And yes, the people there are REAL. That TOKYO DOME Concert have 55K people for 2 nights and yes it’s from 2020 and yes again that is during the break out of the virus and BLINKS are mad to YG for not cancelling it and risking them while for their other artists they all cancelled it. You should watch all of their performance in that same concert bc they nailed it. And btw, they are signing in JAPANESE (all of their title tracks have english rap version in their japanese songs)
