I had so much fun ;) Mamamoo debuted in 2014, so they are not that old of the group like you probably thought, but they are not rookies :) And it was fun to watch how you were trying to guess their ages, because the one you thought is the baby of the group (the pretty blonde girl) is actually the oldest and a leader, and the one you thought is the oldest (black hair girl) is the real baby of the group, the youngest haha Mamamoo are known as the vocal queens in kpop. Seriously, just watch a video called "MAMAMOO In Sync [Harmonies + Impromptus]" and you would see that they are THE queens of vocals. And that one rapper girl is always a rapper, not only here, don't worry haha But she's also singing sometimes. And about your comment on the child and being a mom in kpop - I've seen that some people already said that it's not her child, but I can add, that while having a child and being a kpop idol is not that rare, the women have it worst. There is no female idol, who had a baby and still was in a group. Female idols in situation like that left the group. While male idols still have their careers and in kpop we have a good amount of fathers, especially in older groups from 90s-early 2000s. Women just end their careers to focus on the family. But here I'm talking only about kpop idols. Other Korean entertainers like actresses or female singers outside of kpop (because in Korea they have various types of music, not only kpop) - they just take a break for a while and when their child is like 2-3 years old they usually come back.

Hwasa is also the lead vocalist of the group as she can hits the high notes as well as the low notes. It’s just that sometimes her higher notes come out a bit forcefully compared to Solar and WheeIn. She sounds incredibly good in certain genres. That’s what makes her the “lead” instead of “main” compared to the other 2. In case some don’t know, MOONBYUL is originally a vocalist. She is later trained as a rapper since the other 3 are just so incredibly good in singing. Don’t misunderstand, she is still a very good vocalist, just not as strong as the other 3. She just need more proper training and she will be even better as she got used to singing with her rapper voice. They sound so good vocally during live that you will think that they are lip syncing like the other groups. Just a little FYI: A visual of a group, although we can all agree every single kpop star is a visual😂👏🏻 they also have other roles and the visual title doesn't take away from their title as vocalist dancer or rapper, it's like an extra little thing they hold onto, in every kpop group a member is given the title 'visual' by their company because they are the prettiest/most handsome in regards to Korean beauty standards or perceived to be the most attractive in the group. However there is also a 'face' of the group which is when a member of a group is chosen to be it because they are the most well known out of their other members or to simply just be a face representative of their group💞

This is basically a diss track to their haters and they spun it into a good message that everyone from any walk of life can be "hip," hence the different settings, jobs, etc. Also they're probably the best group girl live, check out some of their live performances like "Immortal songs medley." Moonbyul (the rapper) does have solo songs. I'd recommend In my Room and Worthless especially. Apart from these, her rapping really shines on many Mamamoo tracks. A good example would be the hiphop influenced Sleeping in the Car.

MAMAMOO MY QUEENS. Hwasa (the one with the kid in the video) and she's the youngest sjjsjs that's not her daugther. Also Solar (the one you said was the prettiest) is the leader of the group. The rapper with the deep voice is Moonbyul, and the one with the blue hair is Wheein. They debuted in 2014!! They are INCREDIBLE live singers. They have a more mature than other girl groups.

It's great how Mamamoo continues to gain more popularity. Very talented group. The song is a response to K-netizens' criticism of their fashion, particularly the clothes they've worn at the airport. (Hence, the bit that says 'President Hwasa dressed ridiculous at the airport." ) They've recently won the competition show "Queendom" (edit: 5 girl bands and 1 soloist competed), so you might want to check out their performances there, but you could react to any of their releases since they're all great. They're called "Vocal Queens" just as the other comments say, and you might find it interesting to see how they've evolved since their debut, and all the different music genres and concepts they've been pulling off. 🤣🤣🤣 the "blondie"(Solar) is actually the oldest out of them and is the leader haha the "badass(Hwasa)" is the youngest🤣 and no, she isn't a mom yet haha the "rapper with low voice"(Moonbyul) is the second oldest the one with blue hair(Wheein) is the second youngest, and is the babyest and most talented of them all🤭 All 4 members are all-rounders- meaning they all can sing, rap, dance. 3 of them (Hwasa, Solar,Wheein) are recognized as one of South Korea's great vocalists. Moonbyul is know for being a great rapper and she's slowly showcasing her singing skills. Check out 'Egotistic' by them, it has a Latino flavor hehe

The song is a bash for their haters. Hip means cool. That's why they olay different characters in life. Stating that whoever you are and whatever you do in life you are cool for who you are. Mamamoo, Hwasa in general get a lot of flack for the things they do. They get praised but also get bashed, especially Hwasa for her weight and what she wears. That's why the caption when she playing President had, "not wearing a bra at the airport" she actually did that and was bashed. Or she wore a body suit during one performance and again bashed...etc. But Mamamoo is that group that stayed true to themselves. They are loud and silly. They do whatever they want and keep it positive

Referring to 7:53 her being a mother all kpop stars are not allowed to date due to fans going to the next level as to harrass not only their partner, but also them. It is stated in their contracts that they make the company does not like controversy nor for the group to lose fans which also happens.

So she didn't have experience like many other kpop rapper who have experience from pre debut day but she hadn't and yet became one of the best rappers in kpop so that's why I love her*

In South Korea, HIP is used to say something is cool or trending. And the point of the song is that with whatever clothes and looking like whatever they're still HIP. Especially because they've received comments regarding their appearence and how they "don't take care of their image" or especially Hwasa "doesn't fit the korean beauty standard".
