I've seen videos by American producers who do work in the west but find more artistic freedom in production with their KPop collaborations. I think just like Efra, I came to like pop music and even rap and hip hop A LOT with kpop. I would listen to some but I wasn't so interested, specially in hip hop. That changed with Big Bang and groups from that era (I'm in the loop work since 2007). I still don't quite listen to mainstream pop or hip hop.... Lol
