I remember which is LAT & LONG by thinking LAT is FLAT (it works for me)

@@johhnyapplesseed9776 Lat is Flat as in the lines are Horizontal those lines run east to west, the longitude lines run north to south as in from the north pole to south pole

Is it profoundly coincidental that when I lived with my Grandparents in Augusta Ks. in 1982 with bedroom at 37.675870 N lat then 40 years later now live in California with bedroom at 37.675870 N lat, same!?😱
