I hope you had a splendid weekend and are fresh and ready for the week ahead. I bring to you today the review of Lattafa's Mohra and Mohra Silky Rose. Both of these have been on my radar for a long time and I am glad I gave them a shot.

The notes in Silky Rose are almost that of (La vie Est Belle En Rose) swap out the litchi for raspberry in the top, add peony in the heart, the notes are nearly identical..seems it would be very similar😊 I'm quite curious to test it side by side.

I own both too.. I’m looking forward to wearing it this winter! Lataffa really impressed the lot of us with nasheet, khamrah, mohra and eternal oud.. very niche dark and seductive unisex but women can pull it off easily.

I adore Mohra original... (the silky Rose is on my wish list). It's definitely the kind of scent you can wear walking in the rain, it gives me a cosiness and almost Christmassy vibe with the blood orange and the spices. I get Coca-Cola also. I'm on my second bottle and love that it's coming up to autumn here in London, so I can crack it out more! Thanks for the reviews and all the work you put in. 🙏🙏

Good morning from your Scottish tribe Simin .. morah reminds me a lot of a tom Ford scent .. I had tried a friends as she loves this ..I found it a little dense , however it did dry down nicely & is lovely & rich ..def more for fall / winter .. Wonderfull review ..and I so appreciate that your followers invest in your reviews and offer their experiences & opinions ... First class as always ...😊

Good Morning my gorgeous hun ❤ It is definitely dense and can get heady if used in summer. I do get the Tom Ford thingy, just cant put my f8inger on it since I dont own any Tom Fords. But maybe it was Noir de Noir? I am so lucky to have this community where we are sharing knowledge without judgement and are absolutely in love with the fragrance world ❤❤❤

Silky rose is gorgeous. If you like sweet fruity jammy rose & narciso rodriguez powdery musk you will adore this one. Its soft but i keep spraying all day & night. Great for bed. So feminine. Very addictive.

The Penhaligon's Trade Routes Discovery Set includes Halfeti Cedar, and is pretty affordable. I am definitely interested in trying Mohra because Halfeti Cedar is sooooo sexy and soooo expensive.

Lattafa mohra is a must have for women who loves to smell extravagant. I wear it twice to work and my co workers love it so much . I gave her mine as a gift so I need another bottle 😂😂😂😂😂😂. I sprays around 8x so it project well and after 5 hours fresh apply

Hehehe you sound like me. 8x is my bare minimum lol. And then I reapply every 3 hours or so depending on the perfume. You are right, Mohra is so Royal! ❤

Mohra silky rose is my favorite from Lattafa ❤️ but it has a bit of a warm note that makes it a spring scent rather than a summery one 🥰 i think it shines better during Spring days or summer evenings ❤

@@SiminShaikh our summer in Tunisia is nearly similar to yours, always above 40° and it never ends before october 😂 , i recommand you to try Chahd , is very convenient for hot weather , has a good projection as well 🧡

This is a pretty fragrance. Soft yet projects well and lasts. This reminds me of a few celebrity scents I have owned. The rose is not prominent. I get a powdery berry scent with some vanilla and a little musk.

I love love LOVE Halfeti! I wear it in the summer bc of the cool notes. It's very sexy and alluring. I wear it in my gym clothes😆 it's so niche and well done...i rock Morah anytime!

Hi my hun, thank you for another wonderful video. But ,oh now I really want Mohra Silky Rose, love the pearlescent type of bottle, what a dreamy looking bottle ( although I am glad it does not smell like it looks 😅) . The combination sounds really interesting to me, I love how you described it and I feel as spring is here and summer is coming, I may have to get this for summer.😀 I love pink pepper in a rose combo as Infini Rose & Amethyst have this. I have been so unwell and the doctor said to do things for myself 😂 so buying perfume could be something like that , perhaps ?🤣 Do not give into the 'itch' of buying something you should not or cannot afford. I know that 'itch' too well, it means you think about it when you cannot sleep and you want to give in. Wait a few weeks , this has become my rule now, since I am now of the age I should be wise and 'mature' 😂.. always wait for a few weeks and if the 'itch' is still there, then re assess. PS I have a question, I just saw they are now taking orders for Bade'e Al Oud Sublime at my lovely trusted fragrance online shops in Australia, similar price to Mohra Rose, I would buy one of these 2 but not both, which one would you recommend. I love Amethyst and was disappointed that Sublime does not have oud in this, but neither does Mohra Silky Rose but I tend to go for scents that have a touch of darkness in them. I am wondering if Mohra Rose is too ' sweet or girly ' for me. I am one of the rare people who wears Opulent Red and loves it, always get compliments as it must go well with my body chemistry, I love the darkness of it, the cognac note , tuberose, the patchouli it has which is to me clean. I do worry about moss notes but LOVE LOVE Plum notes. Just need some advise on this dear friend. Lots of love to you and Markus from sunny warm Tasmania, Tia and the kitties 😘😻😽

Hey my Hun ❤ I am sorry to hear that you are unwell. I hope you are feeling better and taking care of yourself. Hehehe yes retail therapy counts as doing stuff for yourself. I am guilty of that too. It is sooooo difficult to not give in to the "itch" lol. Then I see my bank statements and snap back to reality lol😂 Ok so hear me out. I avoided Opulent Red and that whole series because of the mounting negativity surrounding them lol. And you just created an excuse for me to go buy it now 😂 😂 😂 If you had to buy one of the two, I would see how many rose perfumes I have got or if I need to add more fruity perfumes to my collection. They both are incredible and I could never pick one of the two. Sorry for not being too helpful lol. Lots of love to from Dubai all the way to Tasmania by beautiful hun 😂 Loads of kisses to your furbabies too.

I have Fibromyalgia as well and auto immune disease, I have learned over the years ( I was diagnosed by a rheumatologist about 20 years ago) to learn to live with it, I hate Fibrofog and fatigue the most of all the symptoms although pain is no fun either but purring cats help 😻. As does perfume 🥰. But a friend of mine bought Opulent Red as she knew it was now my top favourite and she loves it just as much as I do, so I was thrilled, she lives in Germany so we are now wearing 3 ME perfumes that are the same. 😍. I went through my huge ( don't let my husband read this 🤣) perfume cupboard downstairs , it is safe, dark and constant temperature in there, and found I had a few rose scented perfumes and the 2 I wear the most right now are Amethyst and Infini Rose and they are not super rose intense , so I felt perhaps fruity was the way to go. I got a reasonable price for a pre order for Sublime here in Australia on one of my favourite Aussie Middle Eastern Perfumes Online Stores (Aus $69) some sellers were asking Aus $140 or more ! I felt that Sublime was different from what the others I have. Mazaaji has rose in it so again I love it but I wanted different , I have Khaltaat Al Arabia Royal Blends Lattafa but felt this sounded different from Sublime as the plum note was what I would love. I had a German perfume which was fruity and had plum as a heart note but mild and some mild patchouli and I used to love that, the only worry was the moss base with Sublime but it sounds OK, so I scratched that itch and ordered it. I still would like Mohra Silky Rose at some stage, I think. Sorry for the LONG reply, but I totally understand what you mean and I was trying to be logical about which one I chose as well. If you look up the notes they have in common, the only two fragrances that come up on Fragrantica are Mohra and Trajan, by Electimuss, which is totally gorgeous. Halfeti doesn't come up. I'd love to see a comparison with Trajan!

Roses are so new to me. I tend to shy away unless it's blended well. Yet I love peony, lily of the valley and of course saffron makes everything better. 😂❤ This would a great winter scent do u agree?

Oh this one is good! She is so well blended and the rose does not stick out as a rose. I think it is suitable for any weather but it will smell better in spring/ summer according to me ❤ P.S. Saffron does make up for everything 😂❤

So basically all the malls have local perfume shops such as Rasasi, Al Haramain, Ajmal, Swiss Arabian etc. But there is one Mall in specific that has the most of these shops side by side and that is the Deira City Centre. 2. In Dubai, you need to explore the following for get the best of perfumes, spices, herbs and resins - Spice Market - Gold Souk - Perfume Market

Wow! Blind buy business is a dangerous game some of us play😅 Came to say you were SPOT ON with the barbie-smell, which is a plasticky smell that goes with the ”arabesque” touch. It takes away from the ”fresh sparkly floral” that everyone raves about. Don’t like it. Smells outdated. Gonna let it macerate. Thankfully price was only 23usd, but still..🥴 Not safe blind buy guys.
