We are really excited to have Sidonie (@sidoniegabriella) join us today to give you a specific climbing yoga follow along routine. We've been asked many times if we can do a yoga session for your climbing flexibility, now we've got you covered. Sid has worked for years teaching yoga and working specifically with climbers to improve flexibility and strength. Her knowledge and skill is excellent! In this episode Sid takes us through a quick routine that works very well for warm ups before a session, cool downs after a session, or just on its own to keep you moving throughout the day. i’m a newbie to climbing and i did this after my third climbing session because i was feeling super stiff and damn, it really helped. i even started doing it on days where i don’t train at all bc it just feels really good:) thank you so much

I do not consider myself to be very mobile or flexible and this was a very enjoyable/easy to follow routine! Plus your routine didn't require a lot of knee bending, which was very pleasant since my knee does not allow a full bending of the leg anymore :)

This can be done everyday right? Just looking for a daily morning workout but also want too improving specifically in climbing skills too

Thanks a lot for sharing this routine. I personally find it really challenging as my wrists aren't that stretchy. Any advice how to improve it?

When I have wrist injuries I find doing on my fists using a small piece of closed cell foam or folded microfiber cloth to take the pressure off the knuckles

I found myself getting really pumped in the arms whilst putting my body weight on it almost like it feels during a plank. Any help for this 😊
