I think Laudna's brand of horror is Nightmare Before Christmas and The Owl House kind of stuff. The Feywild has colorful horrors hidden with whimsical aesthetics, like when seeing all the colorful environments in Made in Abyss and feeling both wonder and dread at the same time.

The screech happened at exactly 3:18:58 on C3E45 VOD this animatic is focused around the 3:07:01 time stamp, where Laudna got scared by the flowers see the difference in time stamps? i didnt include the screech, because it's not part of the same sequence at all.

This scene happened at around 3:07:03 the scream was at 3:18:58... see the difference in time stamp? i didn't include the scream because it wasn't part of the same sequence. They walked a ways away for some time before they encountered the screaming flowers.
