To anybody who lives in the city, when I hear cars pass by during meditation I just kinda think of them of breathes. Some louder than others but it’s a good way to get in tune. Any nature sound too like a bird chirping u can just lock into that

What about our loved ones whom have left the earth.. do they get to see the truth now that they are not in their ego mind.. do they also have a chance to choose whether they come back or not.

there are several replies to your question that I could offer you but to be perfectly honest nobody ever dies, and what you see as the body passing away is not the person you love all the being that you love only the shell only the instrument once they lay that instrument aside I guarantee you they are cared for on the other side and there is something similar to a debrief, but beyond that apart from going into Buddhist teachings about the Bardo states etc which I have experienced myself briefly I can’t really tell you all that much but the bottom line here of course is not to worry about them because everyone is part of God and God himself is incomplete if anyone is absent or missing we are all in this together and all of our efforts combined contribute to that we be about our fathers business in the atonement❤❤❤
