Lauki Appam Recipe Ingredients
250 Gram Lauki chopped (Bottle Gourd)
1/4 cup Hara Dhania Dandi ke sath (Green coriander leaves with stem)
3 Hari Mirch (Green Chilli)
6 Lasun ki Kali(Garlic clove)
1 inch Adrak chopped (Ginger)
1/2 Limboo Ka Ras (Lemon juice)(1 Tsp)
2 Tsp water
1 cup Motiwali Suji (Semolina )
1/2 cup Besan(Chickpea flour)
1/2 cup Dahi(Curd)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Chini (Sugar)
1/2 Tsp Ajwine (Carom seed)
1/2 Tsp Saunf (Ani seed)
1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed )
1 Pinch Hing (Asafoetida)
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder )
1 Tbl sp Moongfali oil(Peanut oil)
2 Tbl Sp Water
2 to 2 1/2 cup water in steamer
Greas the mini IDLI mould with oil
1 Tsp Fruit salt or 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp oil
1/2 Tsp White Til(Sesame)
Tadka
1 Tsp Rai(Mustard seed)
2 Hari Mirch Chopped (Green Chilli)
12 to 15 Curry Patta(Curry leaves)
2 Tsp White Til(Sesame)
2 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
