Good thing about u is that show all ingredients in one go, explain well. Excellent. Avoid unnecessary talk. Great. But didn't explain how to boil dal to achieve 90% result as I don't know this part . :-(

Thanks for liking my recipe, For Boiling Chana dal. First wash the dal 2 to 3 time then soak in water for 1 hrs , If you have 1 Cup Dal then use 1/4 Tsp. Turmeric powder and add 2 Cup water cook it on medium flame 30 to 40 min. After 20 min check time to time how it is tender. Then check every 5 min. When you get is 95% done then turn off flame. اسلام علیکم چنے کی دال کے بغیر لوکی بناتے ہیں میں نے جتنی دفعہ بھی بنائی خالی لوکی تو وہ ساخت ہو جاتی ہے صحیح سے گلتی نہیں ہے وجہ بتائے گا پریشر کوکر میں بناتی ہوں تو پلیز بتائے گا اس کے بارے میں
