Great video I'm new at this and did what you should never do. I tried to board mine standing up and lost my balance and hit the dock. Luckily I didn't hit my head. So you need to get on your knees board the board push away from the dock then stand up. Makes perfect sense

Yup 100% correct. This is the doc in Alder Bay, right behind the community centre on Granville Island.
