The Method I use with washing machine cleaning are as follows
2 table spoons of bicar in the drawer and 1 cup of white vinegar in the drum. Wash at 60 degree
Other method 500g of soda crystals in the drum and wash at 60 degree 🤩

Great tips...thanks for sharing. You are so inspirational.My son arrived for a visit and commented he thought his washing machine was starting to smell his washing a little bit. He also was asking me about a dehumidifier because he lives in an apartment and he is not allowed to hang washing out on his veranda. So I said to him "hold on I know who will have the answers for you" I looked you up and there you were as always with the words of wisdom for him. Thanks Toni.

I empty my dryer as soon as it dries and put it on hangers. That way I don't have so much ironing! Love your channel 😀

That’s the only downfall to leaving the stuff in the dryer, it has to be ironed 😂 as it’s so creased when it comes out but it always seems much softer and smells beautiful when I leave it xxx

Morning lovely I’m in work today 🥰 only until 3 👌🏻 then I can go home and enjoy the sunshine and put some washing on the line 😂 oh you must be loving your new washer 🥰 try and leave the door open a little on it love and this will stop the damp smell 👌🏻 and the soda crystals works amazing I didn’t realise they were so good and the laundry smells so much fresher after I cleaned the washing machine with soda crystals 🥰 have a fab day love xxx

Thank you Toni for cleaning tips as soon as my washing is dry on the outside line I bring it in I never leave it out plus the fact I often need the line for the next wash I'm doing . My pet hate people leaving pegs on the line . Have a lovely day I'm off now to peg out my first wash of the day xx

🥰Good Morning Toni really enjoyed these hacks as I have commented recently my. Mam has had a lot of bother with tiny black bits on her washing so I am definitely going to try the bicarb/vinegar ( fingers crossed I loved the tumble dryer hack of leaving them in there for a while👍🏻👍🏻and totally agree with the lower temperatures contributing to the smell thank you very much Toni 🥰🥰and have a lovely Sunday ✨🥰✨❤️✨

Hi Toni I have just got a eco toilet flush which cleans all around the cistern , pan and all the pipes even the u bend £5=00 for 2000 flushes and have you tried porcelain paint for your bathroom tile edges , both items come from Amazon … you have got me interested in keeping my home clean again as it has been 4 years since I had my accident , putting on weight and feeling really down and mum passed last July I was lost but since I have been watching you my world has changed and I look forward to your little face smiling at me and getting me motivated in my world again lol xxx Debs

I've never had mildew in my machine. I think just because it's never idle long enough to grow mould 😂 I do at least one wash a day 7 days a week. On bedding days it's 2 sometimes three a day. The great tips Toni 💓

Mine suffers due to it being in a housing unit love 😞 I can’t air my washer it drives me insane 🤣 it’s one thing I really want is to just have the washer and dryer on show rather than in units 👌🏻 thanks so much for watching love xx

Hi im with you on the dehumidifier. I have been using one for years as i live in a flat. It helps to keep the walls from going damp and mouldy as i dry the washing. So its a double bonus. I will also try your tip on changing fabric softener every couple of washes.

Hi Toni i have just put soda crystals in my machine and on for a 90 degrees wash it takes 2hrs 26 mins in my machine oh and before i did the rubber with mildew spray 👍 thanks for sharing luv 😉👍❤️

Hi Toni enjoyed your video, I dry the rubber ring and the detergent draw with an old tea towel after every wash and I never have any black mildew it only takes a few minutes I also spray the inside of the drum with Zoflora, l will be trying your tip with the soda crystals to deep clean my machine thank you for that Toni looking forward to your next video love from Derry 💕😘

Hi Toni, Great tips! I always dry and clean the rubber ring and detergent draw after each wash. Leave the machine door open over night. I'm guilty of putting to much liquid detergent in the draw, especially when l wash my son's uniforms and P.E kit. Great video 😘xx

Judith Brown..try putting the very dirty clothes soaking all night in the washing machine before washing them..and put the normal qty of liquid soap machine or powder..and soak in hot water if possible, but if u dnt have this option, normal temperature water is also gud..and ya..when u soak the clothes put the 'adoucissant'(gud smelling solution)(i forgot how to say it in english🤣🤣) at that time, if u use it of course..try this..maybe u can save some money..💖

Hi Toni, I am new to your channel and loving your videos and currently I am working my way through your back catalogue😊👌Anyhoo, I will get to the point, I totally agree after trying out your recommendation to leave dried washing in tumble dryer overnight in order for clothes to retain their nice fresh washed smell and scent of fabric softener. I tried this overnight and when I took clothes out this morning they smelt lovely and of the laundry detergent and Lenor Lavender Fabric Conditioner👌Best Wishes, Linda😊

Good morning Toni. Isn't it a lovely day here on Merseyside? I LOVE the smell of people's clothes when it smells of soap powder ( my sister-in-law is the Queen of this, I don't know how she does it) and walking down the soap powder aisle in the supermarket lol. Think that's why I love 'Fresh Cotton' air fresheners too. Yes, deffo only get the offers but I know what you mean that some combinations seem to work more than others. We never go out and leave the tumbler dryer on - it's just not worth the risk. But I will leave the clothes in ( never done that) and see what happens. Thanks for all the info - great video. I swear by sodium bicarbonate and white vinegar! I sometimes add a cup of white vinegar to regular wash coz its great on fabrics. I also add washing up liquid or pure castile liquid soap to bicarb and mix to a paste and its fab on cooker and oven, sinks and getting tea/coffee stains out of cups. I add essential oils to the paste sometimes too.. its great on tile grout, the loo and drains! I love natural cleaning (combined with bought products)... bicarb is also fab as carpet fresh (add essential oils) and I put a small dish of bicarb with lemon or lime essential oils in the fridge to keep it smelling lovely and fresh!

@@ToniInterior Castile soap it great for personal use, but for house cleaning a few drops of washing up liquid is fine, coz castile soap can be a bit pricey in comparison. But it's as good as ashtonish paste sometimes.

What is the spray you use instead of ironing your bedding it’s taking ages to iron the new bedding. But l do love your bedding in fact l love all your house .

I always use 1 cup bicarb in the drum and vinegar with essential oils in the softener drawer. Lovely fresh smelling washing. Personally I can't go back to washing powder/tabs or softener I find the smell too artificial. Xx

@@ToniInterior I always use lavender and rosemary but yesterday just for the hell of it really 😉 I added lemon......oooh gorgeous, really its smelling what you personally like to put together. I also add tea tree,peppermint and lemon to my all purpose cleaner. For my shower cleaner it has to be tee tree and peppermint. Needless to say I have a new addiction 😂😂🙄🙄🙄🙄

Hi Toni great video as usual 👍🏻 after seeing ur dehumidifier on a previous video I bought one and it’s fab for drying clothes in the house, in the past I found things like jeans and polo shirts 👕 when dried on a maiden took abt 3 days to dry completely and they always ad a horrible damp smell on them 😖 but with the dehumidifier that is no more 👍🏻 I wud deffo recommend them so thx for telling me abt it previously xx

Agree with u on the dryer but I'm the same with the washer I won't put them on if I have to go out I heard a story when I was little and it's stuck with me all these years , and I'm the same if after a few days can't whiff my powder or plugins I get really naffed off lol my husband says I imagine all these funky smells they can't smell just so I can test out a new product and its smell ha x

Good Morning Toni, Hope you are well? Great video thanks loads of tips there. Ill defo try those soda crystals. I can't use soap powder or those pods as I live in a really hard water area and it never dissolves! 🙈 I cant use that V word either cos I have a phobia about it 🤢 Weird I know. The soda crystals works brilliant Jan I was amazed 👌🏻 oh that’s a nightmare isn’t it 😩 what’s the V word 😂🙈 try and leave the door open on your new machine and it won’t get that damp in the runners 👌🏻😍 if I had my way I would do away with the housing unit 😩 the dehumidifier is brilliant when you can’t get the laundry dry. Just make sure all the windows in the room are closed when you use it 🥰 as it’s working on the moisture xxx

Hi Toni thanks 4 📪'g but were is the filter on me washing Machine, I've gotta Samsung, & it has a App so y cud set it on y smart phone if y wanted Dunno about a Android though, I'd love 2 be Able 2 use me Washing Machine whilst I'm outside , like how kool wud that b , it says on me Manual that y can DL the App, 2 Do it but like I said I've gotta Android phone, Any ways is there any chance that y cud please let us know were me filter is on me machine ta : ).

Wonderful Toni 😃. I'm going to try the mildew and soda crystals combo, I scrub my rubber seal but it still has black gunge 😣. I'd love to see info on getting tarnished mirror chrome (towel rail rad) back to shiny again - if you or anyone else has any tips id be so grateful, have tried the usual white vinegar etc etc to no avail xx

I loved the results with the mildew spray and the soda crystals honestly my washing machine was gleaming 👌🏻🥰 ahh love I swear my furniture polish but if it has rust spots on it then you’ll need to give it a good rub down with WD40 then polish it. This will work well but if the radiator has blisters then it will probably never looks as good as before, but this will restore it pretty well. I hope this helps love xxx

Mine neither, it has a built in thermostat. So if I want to do a 60 degree wash on the pets beds it’s fine 👌🏻

My friend uses pods and does a quick wash and I’ve told her it doesn’t give the tablet time to dissolve I use Ariel pods with fabric con in there new they smell lovely

In the drum love 500g (a Pyrex jug full) and put the wash on at 60degrees and it will give your washer a good deep clean xxx

If the marks haven’t shifted with the mildew spray love then it’s stained and I doubt it will be able to be removed 😩 mine has one 20p coin size spot that I just can’t shift 😩 drives me insane xx

In home bargains their doing sixty pods either Ariel or bold for under eight pound that’s a bargain groupon does wash pods in a big bugle for less and fabric conditioner them pods can get very expensive but home bargains is the place to be

Only thing that I disagree with is the putting the washing on over night. I do sometimes and they smell lovely in the morning. I personally have never had a problem with smelly washing, except when I was rushed into hospital and my husband didn’t know that I had a load in the washer......3 days later I remembered while still in hospital 🏥, hubby sorted it out after I told him what to do and everything was ok xxx

My dryer was one of those so we took their offer to get a new one rather than get it mended I didn’t trust it you should of got a new one of them it only cost sixty pound our problem is my kids put wet towels in the wash basket I go mad

I have hooks over the bathroom door love to hang the wet towels and then if the laundry doesn’t get done that day, they won’t smell in the laundry basket. And these towels are ready for me to just pop in the basket when I’m collecting the stray laundry 🥰 I hope this tip helps you love 👌🏻 I was never offered a new dryer 😩 and mine wasn’t even 12months old I was just given a date for the part to be fitted 😩 thanks so much for watching . Toni Interior hi love thanks for the advice il send me hubby out Tom to get some hooks for the bathroom door I’ve tried a stronger Mildred cleaner and guess what it came out thank you so much never dreamed it would ever come of going back to you saying you was never had a choice to get a new dryer that’s not fair because a lot of us did and when it was my turn they had run out of white ones and had to get a black one it’s in the garage anyway so not bothered about the colour I have been watching you for a long time I’ve watched you when you started declutting and you did your loft I now have subscribed cause your worth it you are one lovely kind lady thank you again and with me haveing cancer and disabled I like to watch nice friendly channels that make me smile and bring me joy ❤️💙💚💛🧡💜
