This Money Kept in Steel box for long time, so it was become look like Rust that we cannot clean by Normal water.
So we can use Haiter liquid mixing with normal water and Than put Stain Money into for 1 Hour, so This Money become New again.

I have rusty 1934 federal reserve notes , can i use this ? Is this some kind of chlorox?Wont damage the texture? My son's collection were under flood water for a week , the paper werent torn , guessed the notes were made with some clothing materials also

Basically he is saying, wash old rusty(build up of dirt and oils from our hands and fingers) US dollar bills in Haiter ( a Thailand/Asian brand of Bleach) to remove the dirt from the bill. Keep in mind that using this technique will damage the security field on the US Dollar thus causing things like vending machines and other automated machines to not be able to detect the denomination value. This is a problem in the Americas however in other Asian countries they will not accept a rusty/dirty bill because it is seen and faked or too old to be used in the current market. Please stay informed when you do something with Money.👍

It really worked!!! But to be on the safe side, I took the notes out from the Haiter/chlorine/beach mixed water after about 15 minutes as I saw the spots disappear. Then washed/cleaned them well in running water. Dried them by sandwiching the notes between tissue paper and then ironing them to take out the moisture. All became fresh and crispy and you could hardly find any difference between these and new notes. I deposited all the notes to my bank without any issue. THANKS A LOT!!! I don't know about the issue that @dextar107 mentioned -"this technique will damage the security field on the US Dollar thus causing things like vending machines and other automated machines to not be able to detect the denomination value." Some of the notes I cleaned would not be accepted in Bangkok Airport even with very, very light spots (the same colour shown in this video).
