You should seriously think about bringing back BTS with Rich, because that was the best part of this channel!!!!

Always love the show but I miss the old behind the scene. Miss seeing Sarah Templeman love her style. I like seeing everyone and what they do in the office. Still always the best ❤❤❤❤

Listened to the podcast with Georgie and Charlotte and do believe with regards to BTS if it’s not broke don’t fix it

It’s clear so many of us are struggling with the new approach. I have truly enjoyed Sheerluxe so much but this new style is so disengaging 😞

Nice to see Heather back in the vlogs. She is so comforting to listen to and watch. And I always like what she is wearing. She certainly knows how to put a beautiful ensemble together.

Yet again, I find myself fast forwarding my way through most of this ep, when normally I could've watched it all day. I don't mean to sound negative, but I've commented before how bland and 'cold' the new sofa setting looks. It's too stark and needs some cosy vibes brought in, ie picture, cushions etc. The previous set with dark panelled walls and floral walls was just SO inspiring, i purchased the same wallpaper for my own home. Everything now seems so formal and lack lustre, bring Sarah Corbett Winder in to consult on the set and liven it up a bit, since her home is so fab! Sorry to sound so critical (I'm a long-time viewer), but I seem to mirror what the majority of comments are saying below. I hope you take it on board. x

I’m confused what happened to BTS my favorite part of sheerluxe?

I am a long time follower of Sheerluxe. I follow on Instagram, listen to the podcasts, read the emails and have loved the Shows on You tube, especially BTS. I've often been influenced by things I've seen you chat about. However, I just think everything has really lost it's sparkle recently. Not just because of a lack of BTS, although that is a tragedy in itself but things haven't been the same for a while. I used to love the guests who came on, maybe for a spot of wine tasting, or tablescaping, or maybe to discuss a new skincare range or do some mini makeovers. The cooking segments. Fashion chat etc, I could go on. Its all just become bland and boring and the new set is very uninspiring. Sorry to be so negative but as a long time supporter I just wanted you to know that I'm missing the "old" style Sheerluxe and find myself not watching now, or forward winding when I do! I hope you appreciate my feedback. I used to LOVE all that you did. xx

Enjoyed the show, but I really do miss the BTS!

As a long time viewer and subscriber, I just have to say again, BTS and the SheerLuxe Show feel like they are after thoughts, SheerLuxe's focus and energy seem to all be on their new avenues of business. Such a shame, BTS was what made SheerLuxe stand above everyone else and the SheerLuxe Show used to be more engaging and vibrant.

GREAT SHOW! I know the footage of the girls at their desks and Rich’s chipper “what’re you doing/ wearing now?!” is missed by everyone. But the segments were entertaining, authentic and informative. There was a pinch of Georgie. I do wish the set had a wallpaper accent wall or something and a prettier couple of vases to look at.

Olivia is the best person for this job. Not only is she exceptionally beautiful, but I can actually hear clearly what she's saying! Love watching the show, but super frustrating when some other presenters are super quiet then loud, then quiet, up and down mimicking each others personality. Sorry but it has to be said. It does put me off watching sometimes. Looking forward to Jo Good's take on it too. Well done Olivia, great presenting!👍

1 - The get t know me segment... Good idea but style and format is wrong. It's like watching tennis, the camera darting from host to guest and looks slightly awkward. Maybe host behind camera? 2. House tours should be a stand alone not cramp in the show ... Look at the numbers your previous house tours have achieved. Clearly video is an important part of your social presence and might need a lot more back up / support for Eloise should even be a department of its own.... But maybe it's not business priority...

Come on...we love you guys.....please fix this..... The white walls in your conversation set are not giving out the clean, fresh vibe I believe you were looking for, instead they completely bleach out whomever is on-set. You definitely need a lighting specialist to recalibrate / rebalance your lighting....make it warmer. We need sunnies just to watch this! Too much glare! No intimacy..seems to have a filter... I'M NOT LISTENING TO THE PEOPLE SEATED ON THE SOFA. 😳That is a problem if people don't ENGAGE...Still has that just moved in look...boxes just out of sight. BUT: Alice Palmer's participation was spot on....personal, warm, eclectic...another point of view. Charlotte's piece was on the right track but Oh dear....the filming was nausea inducing, no prep ,needs a tripod to use both hands(and a Rich for banter! )..too many close-ups, un peu boring What's going on..you are keeping everyone at a distance....have you've lost your way ? Is this the result of the "new people in charge?
