Just found this song a couple of weeks ago and it’s on my top playlist 💯 I’m 25 years old, recently with 2020 came a lot of interpersonal thoughts.. which made me want help because it was clear that I’m so screwed mentally with anxiety, ADHD, ptsd complex, depression, and dissociation disorder ( the song talks about it, “walls are in the way” ) is what dissociation disorder feels like for me. My therapist and I are working so hard and through so much stuff with my past, digging deep and creating a safety net because I’ve never had stability in my life, the only time I did I was in my third foster care family and I have faint memory of because of developing dissociation and how young I was… I’ve been a lone survivor going through my life with not a clue of how to manage anything to be honest… therapy.. moral of the story if you need help in any mental health way please do it for yourself and receive the help you need, whatever way works for you. You need it, but most of all, it is so much bigger than just you, the world needs it, your family needs it, your community needs it. Don’t ignore the signs and feelings like I did for 25 years. Stay strong, become resilient, and BLOOM. We love you ❤️
