I'd leave the blue ceramic vase. Would look great as a splash of colour on the shelf behind you.

The lamp is not too big in LR 👍❤️🇬🇧 Upside down wicker waiste paper baskets then wire the socket etc for bulb hang upside down ....any baskets can work ... money saver 💁😀

Your home is so beautiful it makes me want to redo our entire house! We have all the dark blues / greens / greys and it just doesn't feel as clean and fresh as naturals. I absolutely love the lamp! I definitely think you should keep it 😊

I loved the idea of painting your vanity table. I have the same one from La Redoute and I love the size and look of it, but not so much the colour. I will try to do the same 🙏🏻
