Don’t let it fool you - The telephone is the most important piece of technology in the dental office, ACTUALLY in any business! That phone is your lifeline to the outside and when a customer or patient is calling your office, this is the time you need to be there to care about them. That person on the other end of the call deserves an amazing experience EVERY TIME you answer that phone!
If we answer the phone hurried, distracted, NOT smiling, and feeling like it is a nuisance, that person on the other end of the phone WILL hear it. Patients should never be left feeling like they were a nuisance, or an interruption, or that you did not have the time for them.
