Great vlog, food poisoning is the worst. Pray he recovers 100%. I so wish some elements of our travels can be taken home permanently ❤

Poor billy! FP is the worst but particularly when travelling and it means you miss out on things! Just wondering (no judgement!!) why you intermittently fast at home if you love a big brekkie so much? X

I knoww, but thank goodness out of the 3 weeks of our trip, he got it right on our last day, so he didn't really miss out on much, but yeah, it still heartbreaking to watch.. I fast because my metabolism got very slow since I turned 30, and I gained weight so easily.. I looove to eat and I'm not big on exercising, so I have to let go of breakfast to maintain a healthy weight :) I'm not strict with it though, some weekends I would still have a naughty big breakfast to keep myself happy, hehe..
