This became my sister's song before she went to be with our precious Lord. She never felt she was loved. She looked all over for her biological father but never found him. She never felt she belong. I introduced her to the Lord when young. She was in and out in her christian walk. But, then she got cancer and that drew her close to God but still struggled with trusting God and feeling his love for her. Six months before her passing on Thanksgiving week in 2021. She sang this song to me and turned to me and said, "Sis, I found my DNA in Christ Jesus. It doesn't matter no more who I belong to. I found my identity." I don't hurt no more. I'm ready to be with my heavenly father. A week later she passed away. This song will forever remind me of my baby sister and Thanksgiving didn't become a holiday of sadness to me, but of Thanksgiving. God thank you for sending us your son Jesus Christ. 🙏❤️

For a 10yr old to have the courage to perform for an audience (even though covid required the audience to be joining from home) is awesome. And to share that song in the midst of all the awful things our country is experiencing, opening herself up to possible criticism is more than most adults would be willing to do. God bless her!
