I'm loving these bright colors! I tried a different pouring medium recipe for this swipe painting because I like to experiment and learn. It created some truly beautiful parts with lots of lacing but also gave me a little bit of trouble. As you'll see in the video, I ended up tilting off more than I planned because parts of the lacing got distorted. I'm going to keep playing around with this recipe though because I know a lot of people use it successfully! Overall, I love the results of the painting!

Ingredients: (I use whatever I have laying around, you don't have to use all these brands)
- Amsterdam Acrylic Paint - Titanium White, Light Blue leftover paint (you can mix Sky Blue Light with white)
- Pebeo Acrylic Paint - Cadmium Yellow Medium Hue
- Liquitex Acrylic Paint - Phthalo Blue
- Soho Acrylic Paint - Dioxazine Violet, Rose Madder
- Creative Inspirations Gloss Medium and Varnish
- US Floetrol
- Australian Floetrol
- Water
Recipe:
- All colors except the white - 1 part paint 1 part pouring medium, then add a little water to thin. Consistency when drizzled from 1 inch over the paint leaves a mound that stays for a good second and then disappears.
- Pouring Medium - 30% Creative Inspirations Gloss Medium and Varnish 70% US Floetrol
- White paint - 1 part paint 3 parts Australian Floetrol
