For anyone curious I believe the Hobbs and Bogart are references to fairies and brownies in English folklore. In folklore brownies/fairies (depending on where you lived) would clean at night and you would have to leave them a saucer of milk or else it would upset them and they’d turn into bogarts! A lot of media portray fairies as nice, but in reality they were mischievous and quite cruel! They even used to steal kids and replace them with their own called “changelings” and take maids and mothers away!

Actually certain types of fairies were known as mischievous but some were quite helpful and would help you out if asked correctly.

@@Witchyfrog2009 Again, depends on where you lived in England. My area is notorious for cruel fairies. They have different personalities but generally you shouldn’t trust them as they are never fully “kind”, often tricking you with a fake deal. Fae as a whole are not a good species, I’d recommend avoiding them. No hate ha, just a warning not to get tangled up with them.

In this case, once you beat the game, there is an extras section talking about how this game was made. The creator is a big fan of DnD bestiaries, and he, his wife (Carol's actor), and several other friends used to work at Evermore Park. After the whole mess that Evermore Park turned into, he reached out to a bunch of them to help with this game.

Jeremy was actually taken by a False Artifact! It says that only young children and pets can hear faint buzzing coming from the artifact and if the pet or child is left alone with it, it may encase them permanently and they cannot be freed! She found out, so thats why she was SCREAMING.

I used to work at a call center. We don’t always get call after call, but sometimes we do depending on the calling pull so your initial reaction to the frequent calls was reminiscent of that job. The odd adrenaline after a long time of answering machines.

for anyone wondering what happened to Jeremy, it was false artifact, and basically I think it was some object that attracts children so jeremy was trapped and the object blocks out children cries, so jeremy was left to starve so i think may found jeremy but he was already dead?? i believe thats why may was like crying/screaming
