Few can resist the scent of lavender. It relaxes all our senses and restores our positive energy. It reminds us of summer, sea, sun and warmth.
This year, in addition to drying it and leaving it in the cupboards, I decided to make lavender oil.
Since I have severe migraines, the oil helped me alleviate the attacks and even fall asleep (which is a rare case with migraines).
I put a few drops on the children's hands every night before bed and they sleep like babies 😂
See more about the application and healing properties of the oil in the video and the method of preparation is to put pure lavender flowers in a jar, pour over olive oil and leave for 21 days in a warm place with daily shaking.
I kept it on the window on the inside where there is no sun.
