Wow , what a great game by both teams. As I am more familiar with Triton I would like to make some comments. Triton looked better against LaVille this game than they did the previous match up. I noticed that at least in my opinion, they were more patient with the ball working it around and more selective with their shots. The first game they seemed to be more in a mode of putting them up. (It's Youth Sports, it's a learning process, aka skill building). As a team they seemed to have both offensive and defensive awareness than in the previous meeting. One player the last game was getting burned on defense. This game the players of LaVille were not Teflon sliding off him. He was like Velcro staying right up on them no matter which direction and what moves they made. This tells me that this player and the entire team are willing to work to improve. The crowd, I believe the opponents coach was screaming about calls. From the games I've seen the Triton rooters seem to be support of their players, cheer leaders and coaches. This really makes me feel good as my experiences in youth soccer and hockey were not great. Keep up the good work players, coaches, cheer leaders, parents, and coaches. It's all about having fun.
