I don't want to say anything super flattering about this warning, but yes this is the first time I've ever heard one of these in person. My state is currently under a statewide manhunt/BOLO order for Stacy Drake, originally from Birmingham, Alabama who is wanted in connection to two murders that took place in Oklahoma, and was last seen in Morrilton, Arkansas about an hour drive west of me.
