I know it’s been five months since this comment but i broke down in tears watching this. Igrew up on Busch gardens and Water country and it’s been like 8 years watching this video made me remember so much my favorite ride was big daddy falls because my dad told the worker to hold me under the water fall i screamed but it was still a good memory my favorite ride at Busch gardens was lockness monster i rode it like 29 times in a row and then i also rode the one roller coaster in the kids place and oh my gosh don’t get me started if the dragon place it was literally the best place ever. I also really liked the car ride i don’t remember what it was called but it was scary it’s also again in the like woods there’s so many trees i unfortunately was too little to ride most of the rides there but i really really want to go back so bad i hope you had the best time there!!!!❤

Storms tend to just pop up in summer here...not really typical to last for days but it's been known to happen.

I just went to this exact park a few weeks ago! They have little shoe compartments in front of the rides. Once your done with the ride then you go get your shoes and go to the next slide

Of you're talking about a ticket to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, it doesn't include the waterpark because they're both separately gated and they're close to each other but not next door in this case. I do believe they offer multi park tickets though if you want to visit both on the same day.

You will definitely not get a refund however they do provide rain checks. here is their policy copied from the website. “Here at Water Country we will never compromise your safety, especially in regards to severe weather, by continuing normal operations in unsafe conditions. However, we’re committed to providing you with the best expereience possible, so we will do our best to reopen our attractions as soon as the severe weather has passed. If all attractions have been closed at least 60 minutes, we will offer rain checks upon request to all guests exiting the park. As long as you present your same-day ticket stub and receipt at Guest Relations, you will receive your rain check, ensuring future fun for all! We also offer twilight rain checks if severe weather affects our final three hours of operations for the evening, promising you won’t lose a moment of fun. However, please keep in mind no rain checks are issued for season passholders, as well as guests with complimentary tickets. Also, rain checks will not be provided if the disturbance of operations occurs within the final hour before the park’s regular closing time. We apologize, but cash refunds are not available; however, if attractions reopen after a temporary closure, you may resume your fun that very same day!”

At Busch gardens you just wait for it to stop storming they keep going as long as there’s no lightning, thunder, heavy rain and or heavy winds but other then that it’s Virginia they don’t care 🤷🏼‍♀️ and water country it’s the same but if it storms your not allowed in the water. Your basically fine as long as there’s no thunder or lightning there
