Beautiful song and sung well. I wish the keyboard player had dialed back her singing just a bit even though her voice is beautiful. Her vocals overwhelmed Laurence's vocals rather than accompanying them, imo. I'd love to hear Laurence sing this again but on his own. ❤️

That is the whole point. His voice is so terrible it needs to be drowned out. If you want to hear him on his own, check out him “singing” the same song on Jeremy Vine.

I do like some of his songs but I really cannot listen to him. it’s a bit like Dylan or Cohen. None of them can sing. This one is okay because Izy has a good voice.

The piano player has a strong, more experienced voice but did not overpower. In fact, the harmonies enhanced the song and was probably chosen for that reason. Would like to know her name.
