Gordon stealth into a franchise in the first movie to reveal himself in the 7th movie, while working together with John almost all along, while noone know about he was included, except Jill (least what we know). In level and in series of ocassions it's overtake Hoffmann's. What make Hoffmann's more intense is the bloodbath what he made us to witness.

I think hoffman went in the hardest he did it to fuel a hunger inside him, he didnt care if people lived or died he set you up with a trap and it wouldnt kill you but it would kill the person on the otherside not to mention hoffman wouldve been the next jigsaw if he didnt kill the wife and understood the ideals a little better, he was the first saw guy to start a new wave of killing from getting out of his own traps and just murdering everyone with a knife whats not to love about hoffman

I love 3d, some ppl dont but i think its amazing. we see the REAL Jigsaw. Mark was caged like a baboon, left to die. Gordon the victor to continue the legacy, a new one where its played right.

Not even in mind games does gordon win, he barely has anything speaking for his intelligence except for being a doctor and helping Jigsaw with a few traps. Meanwhile Hoffman outsmarted the police, fbi, Amanda, made a plan behind John's back, made multiple traps, literally fights against everyone, outsmarted everyone in 5,6,7 and just lost in the end due to plot/an unknown factor that he couldn’t have anticipated

Yall know whats depressing, is that Elwes probably aint gonna return to the Saw series ever since his beef with Twisted Pictures, which if of course he ends up never coming back ( again likely ) their gonna have to makes some tweaks to the story if they ever pursue either a Spiral or Jigsaw sequel

Hoffman was working with John even in the trap of Pol the man who had to escape from a cage with wire throughout the room and also left a clue for the police to blame Gordon. @@tunnelsnakesrule7541 Hoffman is a police officer and detective, who worked with John before Gordon and more actively since he kidnapped people and prepared games and is older. Gordon is just a doctor who worked with John later and on minor things such as surgeries of the participant so if Hoffman takes experience without discussion .
