I need to get back to this, attended years ago. There were many many distributors with nearly anything you could want.

I can't buy very much either as I travel I a small car 😄

Benny, when you plan to buy in multiples, , you have bargaining power. Just a suggestion. At the very least, they can say, is no, but many times they say yes or are willing to bargain just to take the item(s) off their hands. Take care Benny. We really enjoy your swap meet vidios and thank you for taking us along.

I completely agree with you most of the time people are willing to wheel and deal. But I think its kinda hard to try and get a lower price with another potential buyer who's express interest standing there as well. I guess it couldnt hurt to try.

🏁 Hey Benny awesome find on the R12 cans!!! If I'm not mistaken Benny you can order the R12 hose and clamp kit through O'Reilly's or AutoZone. I had to charge my1987 crown Vic LX last Summer, it's very hard to find R12 I got lucky and found somebody had one can it cost me $25. I figure I really got off cheap I have ice cold AC Now and I'm very happy!!
@ClassicRideSocietyАй бұрын
$25 is a good price. Most guys are asking 30 or more. I moved that case of 12 cans for $20 a can. Had some low ballers but I know it was a good deal.and someone would pick it up

I think i have an old r12 charge kit with hose and clamp somewhere im my shop that I picked up at a swap meet. My brother's 85 OLDS Delta 88, which he daily drives, still uses r12

its been years since I messed with model cars. I don't think I ever actually finished any in my life

@@ClassicRideSociety Same here years ago I built a Saleen mustang, a GT & Iroc Z28 model cars. Then after that I had no more time. The prices went up on them. Thanks for sharing. Great content as always. 👍🏼

You're doing a lot of driving, so hopefully you're getting deals to make the trip worth it.

I enjoy good swap meets. Still trying to make the good ones up North. Got a case of dozen r12 at $12 a can. Moved it at $20 a can. Bought some Gbody parts for $25. Center console, floor shifter, and bread box. Just sold it today for $200. Paid for the gas and motel room. Hopefully the videos should cover the rest. I try to make my trips turn out free with parts and the KZfaq videos.

Good question. We had some old sets to rebuild ac compressors from the 50s and. 60s where I used to work. So I guess it all depends
