Hello everyone,
Several of you will have seen last week when Lawrie finished building his tiny OO layout Scoole. This week he travels with some of the wider LMM family to Statfold to exhibit it - but who made the best layout?

I'm such a fan of these tiny treasures. I'm moving from an RV to a boat and am planning a sea chest layout. Tnanks for sharing - Scale Rail Ray heading to the roundhouse.

Love this video all the way from the states! If I can't visit some of my favorite UK rail lines, at least I get to see them in miniature. Such excellent craftsmanship with every layout.

Both this event and the one before (the steam up event) are excellent. I have heard the road rail and ale is also a great event to attend.

I love this video! But with all the closeups it's hard to really appreciate just how small the microlayouts are!

What a fantastic video from Lawrie. It was great to see the many different types of micro layouts that can be made by hand and the different scales sizes as well.

Always wanted to do a layout in a suitcase. Although I do put track signal signal box and coal office on my windowsil.

wow I especially like that last one with the sound fitted 37s. Inspiration from all that detail around the bridge and loading plant has distracted me from doing work because now I want to build model dioramas

It was a great day out the layouts were amazing, the little group of traction engines were lovely to see and steam locomotives were doing a sterling job on the line. Also great to see you and have a little chat. By the way I hope you didn't hide the Mr Blobby loco on the roof of the big loco you were next to again.

im starting to really get interested in doing a large modular type layout in t guage id like to do like a pretty large "network" type layout so not just representing a small station i mean several stations representing a section of a main line set in roughly modern southern uk anytime in the last say 10-20 years [so very loosely and based on a ficticious line with the hint of a branchline and probably a hint of the junction with another main line sort of mimicing the weymouth terminus with the two lines that go from there and a bit more the joy of t guage is i can do all of this in a few 1ft x 4ft ish sections and just put a couple of sections together as and when i can to do running sessions] seems most people are using t as a way of making something briefcase sized whereas i think it has potential to model proper long long long sections of a full on mainline if that makes sense i will update when i get around to doing more than just collecting parts like i am now anyway thanks for sharing this video its really interesting :-)

I sometimes wish I had my own railway layout, then I can collect all my favourite engines and get them working, like a railway controller 😊 Oh by the way, I heard that No. 10 Doctor Sun from the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch railway is back in service again! Will you be doing anything involving that locomotive in the future maybe?

the only way you can beat a 37 is maybe with a class 50 in BR blue or BR blue large logo

What is the blue vehicle-frame-looking thing at 22:55? Excellent excellent layouts. Yours was a standout, seeing it among peers. I think the A size format is too small. That'd be OK for N. For HO a B sheet would add tons of flexibility while still being 'pick it up easily in two hands' and 'fits on a car seat' size. A is good too, it's a challenge.
