how can it be stolen when the receipt will coincide with the Box coincides with the serial manufacturer number on the box, and the TV. If the TV is faulty it's faulty. They definitely have the case. Lite note: Who really should be in trouble is the manufacturer worker who did not do quality control on the TV. They do use those little stickers for a reason.

I believe them because of my treatment at walmart and when I reported it, I was dismissed so I just don't go there anymore. They don't want my money I'm ok with that, shame on them.

Back in 2002 I worked for Walmart and I bought alot of clothes for my children as well as toys . I bought them in the front and got my receipt and walked out of the garden center. My kids father was waiting on me and loss prevention followed me outside asked for my bag and asked if I had a receipt? I said yes a manager came in and asked me what happened? I explained to her what happened idk when I first started that we couldn't go out the garden center. I was embarrassed but you got cameras over every register. All they had to do is review the camera

I'm not suprised. I had the same ultimate ending that happened as them in a different situation. I was told they would find a reason for me to be gone and failed because I wasn't doing anything wrong. They just didn't like me because I was shy and didn't like cheating and 3 of the female cashiers didn't like that. Maybe others did not like I was shy but not sure. I thought I was in the clear because I was told not to chit chat with coworkers on the clock is not allowed the day I was hired. I actually ended up as roommates with 2 coworkers and was dating one of the cashiers for a while. Almost a year after being told they would find a reason for me to be gone they ended up making stuff up. I don't think what they made up would even pass in court. Some of my coworkers suggested I should take it to court, that they would help and tell the truth in court but I didn't have much money and some people would say it costs too much and they would have multiple lawyers. Now that I see people actually winning cases makes me think maybe i should have. They ultimately did me a favor and made me realize why you can't trust companies and businesses. I found out by friends that work at other companies that this stuff happens at other companies also so I've stuck at the same job for over 18 years now because I'm afraid to end up working for another company that treats people like this. People say to respect elders but why should I when they treat people like this. I think treating people how they deserve to be treated is a good idea

Walmart discriminates more than people think. Go to self check out! I had an incident where the register didn’t give my change back. It was only 3 dollars and change. They had to hold and check security cameras before I could get my change back. It was over an hour I had to stand there and wait. The security tells me it’s usually a 3 hour process😦.

Wal-Mart have been doing this for years. In fact, it don't just stop with customers. At one time, Wal-Mart would not hire black truck drivers for their trucks. A law suit was finally settled in 2009.

I had a recent experience of a Walmart in Spring, Tx stealing $100.53 from me though electronic payment system. And for 5 days the store refused to make restitution even though I presented undisputed facts! All verified by electronic record and security footage. Instead, they dismissed me, treated me with indignation. Restitution was ONLY made when I contacted corporate electronic payment system division. Where my claim was clearly proven by their own records which the local store had access too. If their is an attorney viewing my comments. Please provide reply with your contact information.
