What i like about this excellent storyline is the way Harvey treated the lady with dignity and respect. And also the fact that she wasn't asking for a handout, just wanted to be paid fairly for her work.

Donna picked a fight with the landlord to keep the firm in its home. Harvey picked a fight with the landlord because it's what Mike would have done.

This scene shows that Harvey has gone full circle at the start of the show he’d have been on the opposite side now he’s the only one that actually cares about the little guy

You can see the positive influence Mike had on Harvey. Mike always wanted to fight for the supposed "little guy" and Harvey use to find fault in this despite Mike's good intentions. And now Harvey is making a point to stand by Mike's legal ideals in the people they shouldn't ignore that really need the help.

Mike was a pathological liar with a hero complex. Always claimed he was fighting ‘for the little guy’ even though he broke 100 laws to do it. By far the worst character in the show

one correction: Donna didn't kick anyone's ass. Donna got an actual lawyer to "kick his ass" after she messed up and nearly got her firm evicted because she wasn't qualified to be in her position in the first place. 2nd correction: if the landlord really does contract out those services, then isn't he correct that this is entirely between the employee and that contractor?

The strangest thing that I appreciate here is the writing of their discussion; Harvey isn't written like Superman, jumping in to save the day, he hems and haws and kind of says no until he eventually offers hedging help "I'll see what I can do", it's realistic

Might be a little late, but he ends up having another law firm file a class action lawsuit, so that anything done against them won’t stop it, and any other fired employees can file for retaliation. He gives the class action to Donna and gives Donna permission to do whatever is necessary to get the landlord to hire back cleaning lady and pay his staff fair wages. Landlord only does it after also being promised a year of free legal service from Harvey.

That is why Harvey is much better than Don Draper, in his core, he is a compassionate human being with integrity. He cares about the problems of others as much as a duper high profile corporate lawyer can

Harvey gives any means necessary task to Donna to solve the issue. Donna offers David a year's worth of free legal representation as Harvey's client if he rehires Anna, pays the workers their overtime and restores the building's facilities, and David accepts.
