Part 2: • Lawyer Moe Gangat: NBA...
--------
In this clip, Lawyer Moe Gangat detailed the severity of the charges Pooh Shiesty pleaded guilty to and speculated that the rapper could be sentenced to over 5 years in prison. However, Moe said that Pooh Shiesty's only lifeline could be his co-defendants and how much responsibility they take on in the matter.

There is nothing real about a grown man throwing a temper tantrum in the club and shooting a security guard in the ankle because your money feel out of your pockets. He doesn’t even deserve to be out here with all the regular people in society. What if that was you or I’s brother he shot?

@@MrMan-fx3ow "When keeping it real goes wrong" was a sketch by comedian Dave Chappelle where a black man or woman faced a moment of perceived or real disrespect. The character could either ignore it or choose to react typically in a comedic and over the top manner, resulting in a ridiculous outcome. In this sense Pooh Sheisty chose to "keep it real" and is now facing 10 years in Federal Prison.
