this scene could have easily been just cringey and awkward to watch, but I think they struck a great balance of playfulness, silliness and sexiness so that it's a really fun scene to watch. Amanda and Dominic have great chemistry too so that also really helped. The song and choreography in this worked really well in convincing us how in love they are with each other.

It's that it's so real sounding. She emotes vocally very well, sounds genuinely happily in love, and her faint (not overdone or distracting) natural vibrato gives it the spark of authenticity which overly-smooth studio recordings can lack.

Can we talk about how iconic 0:12 is? The cigar. The standing perfectly still and then suddenly punching the air in case we couldn't understand what "threat" means. The discontinuity between the shot of him jumping in dramatic slow motion and the next shot where he's already landed. A masterpiece of cinema.
