Fun fact five finger death punch doesn't use a band logo backdrop they have a 40 by 60 foot canvas covered in dog tags of fallen soldiers donated to them for it called the Wall of Heroes

FFDP will always have my respect. From supporting our Vets and Armed Service members to stopping mid song at a live concert to call out something they saw or check on the well being of a fan.

FFDP have covered a couple songs in their time. If you would like to listen to the original, it’s Bad Company by Bad Company. The self titled album was released in 1974.

The original version was done by the group Bad Company back in November 1973 Ready for love is another really well acclaimed song on that album.

That song is a cover you really need to check out some of their original stuff "No One Gets Left Behind" "Under and Over It" "The Bleeding" "Burn It Down" "Jekyll and Hyde" are bangers. Then check out the music videos for "Coming Down" "Wrong Side of Heaven" "Living the Dream" "I apologize" "My Nemesis" There's some powerful stuff in those videos Teen Suicide, how our veterans are mistreated, government corruption and hypocrisy during the pandemic and struggles with addiction.

This was actually the first song by 5FDP that i ever heard when i was about 11 & it was because my dad loved listening to them and always played this album. It became one of my favorite songs, they became one of my favorite bands..and then about a year after he introduced them to me he took his own life. It has been 9 and a half years, and i still cannot listen to this song without thinking of that first time i heard it & all the memories associated with it. 5FDP got me through my dad’s passing, and they continue to do that to this day. They’re a fantastic band, and i hope you do more reactions to their music

Their new album isn’t all that tbh. their older stuff is definitely better. They just have the same sound throughout their whole discography, but their older stuff for sure is definitely way better than the new stuff like this album he is reacting to is miles better.

Here are a couple of other great covers Chris Cornell - "Nothing Compares 2 U" (Prince Cover) [Live @ SiriusXM] | Lithium Five Finger Dead Punch - "Blue On Black ft Kenny W. Shepherd, Brantley Gilbert & Brian May" (make sure it has the features there are 2 versions.) Original is by Kenny W Shepherd who features in this one. Brian May is the guitar player from Queen. He's 70+ and still killing it.

This is one of my favorite groups. They have so many good songs! Be sure to watch the music videos when you can. They are really good and sometimes very powerful when it comes to the message of it.
