Laying Lino Flooring! Campervan Conversion

Күн бұрынHere I lay down a lino floor on a ply lining. Tricky when it's so cold and it stiffens up the lino, had to use a heat gun/hairdryer to get it to stick.

Lift the wooden flooring up from the van and lay the Lino out over it on a flat surface. You’ve got a pretty good true fit then without fighting it in the back of the van.

im surprised you didn't take the wood floor out and use it as a stencil

Surely you'd fit the lino without the wall lining in? The lining will hide any edges and the lino will disappear tidily under it? I agree with lino though, some people fit laminate flooring, one slipt drink and you'd have to dash for a towel to wipe it up immediately, also, no getting into the van with rain-soaked clothes or shoes!

Can't remember! But just measure the square meter age of your van and of the lino. And check the roll is wide enough for one piece in your van
