I rather put $300000 you put in the house to bank cd. You can get up to 5.3 to 6 apr. I think housing market will crush soon.

You know the market being up for 15 years. It is due to crush and if there is recession housing market will crush hard. I will wait until when bottom out on housing then buy them.

You didn't mention every rental has rise of not renting or some tenants don't pay or time or move out before contract. In those period you will need to pay for the morgage. To get $7000 a month rental is not going to be easy. If the tenant decide not to pay rent you know they can stay free for 6 months before you can kick them out. The worse thing tenant can do is they will destroy everythin inside the house before they leave. You will need to spend a lot of money for repair. Some risk you need to take being landlord

I think recession coming just not sure when. If it does all the buyers over $700000. Those buyers can't afford to pay morgage anymore and the housing market will crush. A lot of expert are predicting housing market will crush. No one said it will keep going up. Csuse the housing market being up for more than 15 years. Usually housing market go up and down in 10 years. So it is due to crush .

You said you can get up to 1.1 million if you resell it. If that true i would sell it asap. You only invested $300000 and can get profit $200000 in 4 months no reason not to take that.
