Maybe Duchess of Hamilton 6229 & Duchess of Sunderland 6229 vs A4 Mallard 4468 and A2 Blue Peter 60532 might be a good idea. ECML vs WCML in the post war era.

There's a reason why tender engines don't pull trains, tender first. Because it's dangerous for them to go fast, backwards.
